Edward Abbo

Mr. Abbo is President and Chief Technical Officer of C3. He was formerly Senior Vice President at Oracle Corporation responsible for Oracle’s application and SaaS products including CRM and ERP & Supply Chain products. Prior to joining Oracle in 2006, he was Senior Vice President of Technology and Chief Technology Officer for Siebel Systems. During his twelve-year tenure at the company, he was a member of the Siebel executive management team, Founder’s Circle of first employees, and led Engineering, Industry Products, and Sales Consulting organizations. Prior to Siebel Systems, he worked in a variety of sales and consulting roles at Oracle Corporation.

Mr. Abbo earned a M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.S. degree in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University.

bruce-cleveland

Bruce Cleveland

Mr. Cleveland is a general partner at InterWest Partners LLC. Prior to joining InterWest, he was one of the original members of the Siebel executive team. At Siebel Systems, he held numerous executive positions, including senior vice president and general manager of products, senior vice president and general manager of the OnDemand and SMB divisions, and senior vice president of marketing and alliances. He also held executive positions in engineering and product management at Apple Computer and Oracle Corporation. Prior to Oracle, he held technical positions at AT&T. He currently serves on the boards of Aria Systems, Cloud9 Analytics, Flurry, Marketo, and Signal Demand.

Mr. Cleveland attended the United States Military Academy, West Point, and received a B.S. in business administration from CSU, Sacramento.

Bill Edwards

Mr. Edwards is Managing Partner at Black Steel Investments, investing in early stage tech companies. Previously, Mr. Edwards was part of the founding executive team at Siebel Systems, serving as vice president of engineering and later as chief technology officer. Prior to Siebel Systems, he was responsible for graphical authoring systems at Macromedia, was senior vice president of engineering, research and development of Frame Technology, and held engineering management positions at Convergent Technologies and Apple Computer. He began his career at Intel. Mr. Edwards is a co-founder and board member of Aksi, a 25-year old non-profit corporation that organizes charitable ophthalmic surgery trips in countries such as The Philippines, Mexico, Samoa, and China. He serves on the board of Revolution Prep, and is a Strategic Advisor to Kennet Partners.

Mr. Edwards received an M.S. in Computer Science from Rutgers University.

Howard_graham

Howard H. Graham

Mr. Graham is a retired financial executive with over twenty-five years of experience in high-tech companies. Most recently he was Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Siebel Systems, from 1996 until his retirement in 2000. Previously, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Informix Corporation from 1990 to 1996, and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wyse Technology from 1988 to 1990. From 1973 to 1988 he held various financial and accounting positions at Zenith Electronics Corporation, including Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. An officer in the U.S. Army from 1968 to 1971, Mr. Graham was decorated with a Bronze Star, the Army Commendation Medal, and other U.S. and foreign military awards. He is a Director of Hunter Laboratories Incorporated and Infogain Corporation. Mr. Graham earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

Patricia House

Pat House is the co-founder, vice chairman, and senior vice president of strategy at C3, an enterprise software company providing global solutions for energy, resource, and emissions management. She co-founded and served as vice chairman and executive vice president of Siebel Systems, a $2B CRM (customer relationship management) software company. Before joining Siebel Systems, she held managerial and executive positions at Verbatim, Oracle, and Frame Technology. Ms. House is chairman of the Mary Mae Foundation, a nonprofit organization providing affordable housing for teachers, and is a member of the board of directors of First Virtual Group, the Hewlett Foundation, and The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. She is a frequent guest lecturer at Stanford University.

Steve Mankoff

Mr. Mankoff is an Independent Director and Adviser. He was formerly senior vice president of global and technical services at Siebel Systems, Inc. He was a member of the Founder’s Circle of first employees and the Siebel executive management team. As senior vice president of Global and Technical Services, he was responsible for Siebel’s global Expert Services, Education, Professional Services, Quality Engineering, Technical Account Management, Technical Support, Customer Satisfaction and Offshore Development programs. The combined organization had over 2,100 employees, over 700 dedicated contractors and annual revenue of approximately $1 billion. Prior to Siebel, he held various product, marketing, and sales management positions at several software companies including Oracle. He serves on the boards of ConvergeOne, Nomis Solutions, SignalDemand, and Virtual Instruments and on the advisory boards of multiple software companies.

Mr. Mankoff earned a Master of Science in Management from the MIT Sloan School and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Brown University.

R. David Schmaier

Mr. Schmaier works as an Independent Director and Adviser. He was formerly executive vice president at Siebel Systems, Inc. During his twelve-year tenure at the company, he was a member of the Siebel executive management team, Founder’s Circle of first employees, and led the Products, Marketing and Alliances organizations. Prior to Siebel Systems, he worked in a variety of sales and marketing roles at Oracle Corporation and as a strategy consultant at Braxton Associates (now part of Deloitte Consulting). Mr. Schmaier serves as a Director of TravelCLICK, Inc. and on the strategic advisory board of Genstar Capital LLC.

Mr. Schmaier earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Thomas M. Siebel

Mr. Siebel is the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of C3. He is the Chairman of First Virtual Group, a diversified holding company with interests in investment management, commercial real estate, agribusiness, and philanthropy. Mr. Siebel was the founder, chairman, and chief executive officer of Siebel Systems. From 1984 through 1990, he was an executive at Oracle Corporation. Mr. Siebel serves on the board of advisors for the Stanford University College of Engineering, the University of Illinois College of Engineering, and the University of California at Berkeley College of Engineering, and is a member of the Princeton University Board of Trustees. He is a director of the University of Illinois Foundation and the Hoover Institution at Stanford University and is the chairman of the board for the American Agora Foundation. Mr. Siebel is the founder and chairman of the Meth Project Foundation and the Siebel Scholars Foundation, and chairman of the Siebel Foundation. Mr. Siebel is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he received a BA in history, an MBA, and a MS in computer science.
